Most common question and discussed thing during Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic in whole world is what are the things to do during lockdown due to this epidemic that is happening these days.
There are many things to do during lockdown but I have gathered and thought to share that here are top 5 things to do during coronavirus lockdown to stay healthy, wise and productive during lockdown tenure.
1. Daily exercise to stay fit and in shape
During this lockdown many of us are staying at home for maintaining social distancing to avoid increase of disease and as a result we are eating our meals regularly and more often there is a chance of increase in our weight and gain unwanted fat due to no physical activity involved in home.
So, it is best time for those to be healthy and stay in shape by doing any exercise to avoid unwanted fat or disease which may occur during this pandemic lockdown around the world.
2. Stay away from negative news and rumours
As the saying in above image suggests many of us are facing the crisis in world mostly people are becoming mental patient by hearing of virus spread and watching coronavirus news all the day via TV, Social Media or rumours from anyone.
World Heath Organization who announced coronavirus covid-19 a pandemic disease also sharing statistics from all around the world that patient suffering from this disease is likely to be recovered within 14-days and death ratio is very few in this disease. So, we should stay positive and stay away from negative news which demoralize one’s ability and immunity to overcome such disease.
3. Start upgrading yourself and life
It is best time to upgrade yourself and life because many of us are free in this time by upgrading yourself means start thinking about what flaws do you have and to whom you are not good and start doing improvement on yourself ethics, character and personality.
Many of us have many unwanted things staying at our home which are unusable and outdated for us but still as good as new for others e-g Vehicles, Mobile Phones, Electronics and household items which needs a upgrade to improve your personality and social life among others. So, it is best time to sell / exchange your things online via classified sites.
4. Connect with those whom you didn’t contacted in the past
It is the best time to come together and meet with those whom you have forgotten or those who have forgotten you. You can call your old fellows, colleagues, friends and family members whom you have not contacted since long time as a goodwill gesture and those might be waiting for your just one call so you can be more social in life without being social on just social media.

5. Maintain social distancing and follow the law to save lives
As you all know cornovirus covid-19 disease still does not have any cure or vaccine available in world. So, the only solution to fight this disease is by maintaining social distance and to avoid close contact with people to decrease the chances of it’s spread. Each coronavirus infected country in world have adapted ways to maintain social distancing and Government also imposed laws to be followed to avoid spread of this disease. Because ultimately if you stay home you will be stay safe.
