Uber is all set to Took Over Careem for  3.1 Billion Dollars This Week

Uber Technologies Inc. the giant ride hailing app service is all set to buy Careem for 3.1 billion dollars and to completely acquire its Dubai-based biggest competition this week.

No doubt both the companies have captured ride hailing service market so widely in Middle east and specially Pakistani market as their users are growing day by day. Uber being a giant ride hailing service worldwide had many issues because their users started decreasing due to Careem ride hailing service their biggest competition.

Let’s see how far this deal can go and how Uber’s service will be offered after this acquiring and merger of Uber Careem as one ride hailing service. Uber Partner Drivers and Careem Captains are key stake holders in this service and will be much effected by this merger.
